EasyLock™ Shaft Collars… Adjustable Holding Force for Reels and Spools

Easylock shaft collars install quickly without the need for any special tools or preparation. With holding forces up to 1124 lbs the Easylock system can accommodate a spool arbor up to 6 inches. The Easylock system is comprised of 3 parts: the tensioning unit, the pintle point and the fixed pintle. Pintle points come in two different styles to best fit the spool arbor. The symmetrical design is perfect for centering a spool on a shaft to use in either a take up or winding application.

Notes:
The surface hardness of the shaft must be = or > 55 HRC.
Diametral tolerance: h6-h8
