Linear Shafting
Amacoil uses and sells only the highest quality linear shafting available. All of the shafting we offer exceed Uhing specifications for RG and RS usage. We can offer up to 202" in most shaft diameters.
GS Winding Guide System
for Improving Winding Accuracy
The Uhing GS guide assembly helps improve winding accuracy by keeping the material being spooled in line with the spool core. The guide is available for Uhing linear drives sizes 15, 20 and 30 millimeters.
SLS Load Carrier
for Heavy or Off-center Loads
To enhance the performance and extend the longevity of Uhing linear drives, Amacoil offers linear slide load carriers designed to accommodate different types and weights of payloads.
Scraper/Wiper Assemblies
for Automatic Cleaning and Lubricating
Rubber shaft scrapers prevent dirt and debris from entering the inside of the traverse and may be fitted with grease fittings to lubricate shaft during operation.
AZ Belt Drive Actuators
for Positioning & Indexing
AZ belt-driven linear actuators are used for positioning and sequence control including PLC-controlled set-ups. Carrier section lengths may be combined for long stroke length requirements.
FA-II Flange Detection System
for Eliminating End Stop Adjustments
The FA-II is a PLC-controlled system with a optical sensor designed to detect the flange edge and eliminates the need for an operator to adjust the reversal stops on the Uhing traverse drive.
